Five tips to boost e-commerce and generate more profits in a business

The increase in the use of the Internet, as a result of the covid-19 pandemic, has facilitated the way in which Colombians make their purchases, while companies have found in electronic commerce a tool capable of boosting their sales, increasing its reach, creating more business opportunities, improving the quality of service and bringing products and services to the door of its customers’ homes in an agile and safe way.

In fact, according to the eighth edition of Vision Pymes 2022, carried out by Brother International Corporation to 750 managers and owners of small and medium-sized companies in Colombia and Costa Rica, around 60% of those surveyed indicated that, during the last year, the percentage of their earnings generated through e-commerce has increased.

In addition, more than 90% of the SMEs that were interviewed stated that in the last two years they have started selling online or to devote a greater part of their efforts to this model of digital commerce.

The preference of consumers has been migrating towards digital, but starting in the world of electronic commerce is not an easy task. Do it the right way, no doubt. will improve the sales experience and interaction with customerswhich will enhance the image and profitability of the company.

Having the right channels to converse with users is essential to provide them with a great experience. The objective is provide them with support before, during and after the purchase to achieve loyalty and, in addition, get customers through their recommendations.
